Ann had a dream of running her own ice cream parlour from a very young age. Her fascination with ice cream took her to San Pietro in Italy, where she took a course in making gelato. She then brought this knowledge back to Ghent, where she is now sharing your knowhow and passion with the locals.

Here you can enjoy high-quality artisanal ice cream. When preparing the ice cream, Ann uses her own ingredients whenever possible, for instance raspberries and blackberries from her own garden. In addition, she consciously opts for high-quality fresh roasted nuts.
